The Final Retrieve

Our condolences to Roy Horsley on the loss of his beloved Ruger.

A greeting from Roy “tell everyone hello for me and inform the old timers that know me and Ruger that I had to put Ruger down last month (August).  He was 14 years old and an icon to the Southern Region NAHRA and AKC hunt tests.”

Look for our newest feature The Kennel at our website.  I’ve added pictures, taken at various training events, of most of our dogs.  Let me know if I missed anyone.  Now that your canine buddy is pictured in The Kennel why not tell us a little bit about him or her.  Send his or her bio to mlhacker@cox.net.

Need some hints as to what to include:

*      Name/Nickname

*      Born: when, where, breeder, sire and dame.  Arrival story

*      Titles

*      Training

*      Likes/dislikes

Do you have an item, tidbit or brag that you would like to share with your fellow club members?  E-mail me at mlhacker@cox.net to have your item published in the LVHRC Paw Prints.
